QUEENSLAND MACK MUSTER IS COMING TO TOWN!!

Saturday 12th September 2026 at
Archers Falls Airfield via Woodford.

Interest & bookings at this event hosted by Woodford Lions Club has been massive. We already have 100 Trucks signed up!

With accommodation around the area booking quickly or booked out, organisers of this event are now asking the community if there are any Air BnB’s, Cottages, Cabins available for the weekend of 11th, 12th & 13th September.

Redcliffe Memory Walk & Jog was held on Saturday 6th June for Dementia Australia.

Ed Malone is a loyal volunteer who volunteers at Early Morning Breakfast at Woodford & Delaneys Creek State Schools. And also delivering meals for Meals on Wheels around Woodford.

Woodford Lions Club love to help multiple charities & the club donated $200 for Ed to raise funds for a very worth cause.

What a fun morning it was!! Celebrating our wonderful Seniors at Woodford Memorial Hall.

Woodford Lions Club hosted a FREE morning tea for 190 of our seniors from the community & surrounds.

RAVIE the Solo Singer 🎤 was our live entertainment, Meals on Wheels made the yummy selection of sandwiches, Jalla's Cafe baked the fluffy scones with jam & cream.

Thank you to Amanda from Curlew Ridge Flower Farm for her flowers for the tables. Woodford Library for their For Active Minds dementia display & Senior Helpers - Senior Care, Only Better.

Our powerful team of dedicated Woodford Lions Club members & volunteers do such a stellar job of setting up, serving and hosting these community events.

We love ❤️ our Seniors! Thank you to our community who came along & had a great morning tea.
