Beep-beep 🚗💚 We’re thrilled to share that thanks to support from Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation we'll soon have our very first hybrid vehicle to help our Family Support Workers continue reaching families across the Maitland community while keeping transport costs down and reducing our environmental impact. This means more outreach across the LGA, more connection and more support where families need it most!

Congratulations to all the very deserving recipients and thank you, Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation, for helping 'MFS Reach Further', we're so very grateful for the support.

More than $800,000 will be invested into grassroots organisations across regional New South Wales through the latest Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation Grassroots Grants program.

🐾🦒 At this weeks Tiny Tykes Supported Playgroup we'll be doing our Animal Stretches- roaring like lions, stretching like cats, hopping like kangaroos, and fluttering like butterflies as we build coordination, confidence, and lots of smiles.🦋🦘

Our supported playgroup is a welcoming space for parents, carers, and young children to connect, play, and learn together in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We can't wait to see all our little animals in action!

Whether you're navigating the challenges of parenting, looking to connect with other dads, or simply wanting someone to talk to, we're here to help.

It might be chilly outside, but it's warm, welcoming and full of fun at Tiny Tykes Supported Playgroup! ❄️➡️☀️

✨📚This week's theme is Magical Story Adventures as we dive into the wonderful world of books, imagination and storytelling. Little ones can enjoy story-inspired activities, creative play and plenty of opportunities to spark their love of reading.✨📚

For parents and carers, our Smalltalk topic is "Reading Together" 📖💛. We'll explore how sharing stories with children supports language development, learning, connection and a lifelong love of books.
