There are a few people in every club who quietly keep showing up... and we're incredibly lucky to have them.

A huge thank you to Kristie, Michael, Clare, Grace, Virginia, Brian, Joy and Cameron for giving up their Sunday to help raise valuable funds for FNERA. Your willingness to roll up your sleeves, cook, serve, clean and simply be there is so very appreciated.

Your time, effort and commitment to FNERA never goes unnoticed.

Also still on the fundraising is Rob, now into his 6th year of collecting cans and bottles through Containers for Change to help raise funds for our club. Fortnight after fortnight, year after year, he just keeps doing it.

Although Yvette couldn't make this sausage sizzle, she's been busy fundraising in her small Ravenshoe community with the raffle & 100-boards. Every contribution, big or small, helps keep our club moving forward.

Fundraising isn't just about the dollars raised.... it's about sharing the workload. At the moment, it tends to be the same familiar faces giving up their time, and while they do it because they care about the club, it would be wonderful to see more members jump in.

Even a couple of hours at a sausage sizzle, or coming up with your own fundraising idea, can make a real difference. If everyone gave a little, no one would have to give so much.

Our club belongs to all of us, and together we can make it stronger.
