Scarborough Boardriders Club

Scarborough Boardriders Club developing the level of surfing at our local beach and to inspire the younger surfers within our comm Current membership is at approx 210 members.

Scarborough Boardriders has been established for over 25years. We are registered and insured with Surfing NSW and was originally founded to develop the level of surfing at our local beach and inspire the younger surfers within our community. We cater to surfers of all ages, both male and female and gather 11 times a year for pointscore competitions at our local beach. We also have regular social e

vents and an annual presentation. Our club currently consists of past, present and future surf stars, (maybe even a future World Surfing Champ). We are currently developing our junior talent within the club providing a focus for the youth with mentoring from senior members of the club. We also like to support our local surfers who travel to State and National events either as a team or individually. Our club currently boasts multiple 2011 Illawarra Champion's and has numerous State Qualifiers along with many of our junior boys and girls competing individually up and down the coast with amazing results on a regular basis. In Joining Scarborough Boardriders you will be joining the most successful boardriding club of recent time in the Illawarra.
