North Wollongong SLSC had a small but very select team that travelled to Blacksmith's Beach at Swansea-Belmont for the State Masters Championships last week. Some fantastic results were achieved, with North Gong placing 45th overall out of 76 clubs, despite only having 3 competitors!!!

On Wednesday 4 March 2026, Surf Life Saving Australia will launch the very first Red & Yellow Day, a new nationwide celebration of Surf Life Saving and the thousands of volunteer surf lifesavers who keep our beaches safe.

With less than one month to go, SLSA is calling on everyone across Australia to take part, by wearing the colours, donating, fundraising, signing up at your local club and by staying beach-safe.
