We're still hearing all the great feedback from what was a fantastic day at the Rec Ground for our games day last weekend. Here's a few pics; please feel free to upload any more if you have them.

What a fabulous day at the Wollar Rec ground for our games day!! More photos to come, but it's important we acknowledge our sponsors for the event, ACEREZ and Transgrid. Your ongoing support of our community keeping Wollar Alive is very much appreciated and we look forward to working with you on many more community days.

The weather is looking good for the weekend and the Wollar Games Day on Sunday. Everyone is invited, even if you're not into the games, with lunch provided and some great community spirit!

Matt Stone from Bylong will soon be building our solar installations for both the Hall and the Rec Ground. It's been awesome to hear Matt's advice and the cherry on top is he's a local!
Thanks for all your help Matt; if you're thinking of anything solar or battery related, give Matt a call.

Thanks to Mid-Western Regional Council for supporting the 2026 Wollar Christmas Lights through the Community Events Fund. Save the date for Saturday 12 December and join Wollar Community to celebrate another year of social activity. More colour, more light, more fun!! Wollar is alive and kicking.

Wollar Community Hall gets a welcome facelift. Thanks to Mudgee Bunnings for the generous donation of paint. A dedicated team of local volunteers have done a great job with the paintwork. The Wollar community is very active and the Hall has plenty of life in it yet. Looking good!

Wollar Progress Association can now add a new tank and plumbing at Wollar Hall to improve water supply to the amenities block and the kitchen, thanks to funding from the ACEREZ Community Fund.

Unfortunately we've had to postpone our games day scheduled for next weekend. An announcement of the new date will happen over the next couple of weeks so stay tuned.
