We urgently need to fill the President and Treasurer roles so the P&C can continue operating.

Support is available:
👉🏿 6-month handover from the departing President
👉🏾 Co-Presidents welcome (share the role)
👉🏻 Treasurer supported by a bookkeeper

The P&C helps provide the little (and big...like the GIANT fan in the undercover area) extras & equipment that make school special, like running the Canteen and Uniform Shop.

But right now, we have vacant committee positions that need filling at our upcoming AGM.

🌟 Our P&C Needs YOU 🌟

President & Treasurer Positions Open

Our school’s P&C plays a huge role in making school life richer, more fun, and more supportive for our kids and right now, we really need a few parents to step in so this can continue.

đź’› Why the P&C Matters

The P&C isn’t “just meetings”….it’s the reason so many of the extras at school exist.

Thanks to the P&C, our school has been able to:
• Donate $20,000 for the brand new sound & audio system
• Run the canteen and uniform shop
• Provide Mother’s Day & Father’s Day stall gifts
• Host the school disco
• Run the Easter raffle
• Organise the Mother’s Day bake sale
• Support sports & swimming carnivals
• Run election day sausage sizzles
• Help the ECE area with new storage tubs and organisation

👉 No committee = no canteen, no uniform shop, no fundraisers, no extras.

🙋‍♀️ Positions We Really Need Filled

*President*
Help guide the P&C, support the team, and be part of shaping what’s possible for our school community.

*Treasurer*
Oversee finances with the support of a bookkeeper, you won’t be doing this alone.

💬 You Don’t Need to “Know It All”

You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to help, learn, and care about our school. Support is available, and you’ll be joining a team who genuinely wants to see this work.

Our AGM is on March 3rd at 7pm in MP1, and we have vacant positions that must be filled to keep things running smoothly.

The Canteen.
The Uniform Shop.
Support for school programs.

They all rely on the P&C.

If your child has ever bought a sausage roll, worn a school shirt, or benefited from something funded by P&C, this is your chance to give back in a meaningful way.

The uniform shop will be open TOMORROW:

đź“Ť Friday 2:15pm - 2:45pm

We are currently VERY low on school shirts.

If you have outgrown uniforms tucked away in cupboards, especially shirts, now is the perfect time to sell or pass them on to other families who need them. It makes a huge difference!

More stock is on its way, and we appreciate everyone helping. 🧡💙❤️💚💛OW
