*ATTENTION ALL WVA MEMBERS*

It has come to my attention that some old habits have been creeping back into the association again in regards to phone use during duty games. I need to remind all players that while dutying a game its about focusing on the game at hand not scrolling social media or anything like that. At the end of the day its about respect for your team mates aswell as the opposition to ensure a game is umpired correctly. We have done a great job so far in keeping this to a minimum and I do not wish to see us go backwards.

If you see something that shows that a person isnt showing full commitment to umpiring please call it out, because I know that you wouldn't want someone doing that while you are playing please dont do it to another team.

With finals approaching aswell, it is imperative that all umpiring is done in the correct course of manner and respect.
