Where to Vote? How to Vote? Hamilton Island 2025 Election Voting Guide.

Election Day is Saturday 3 May 2025.

The 2025 Federal Election is fast approaching. Make your vote count while on Hamilton Island.

Voting Options:

Early Voting:
Available now, You can find early voting centres and opening times on the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) website: www.aec.gov.au. Please note - early voting is not available on Hamilton Island.

Postal Voting:
If you are unable to vote in person, you can apply for a postal vote. Applications for postal voting close at 6pm AEST on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. Apply online at www.aec.gov.au.

Voting on Island - Election Day Vote - Saturday, 3 May
Voting is compulsory for all enrolled Australian Citizens. A polling place will be set up on Hamilton Island on Election Day.
