WGV Playgroup is a group of parents and caregivers who meet on a weekly basis to share the experience of parenting.

Meeting during term time at White Gum Valley Primary School, we share playtime, frustrations, strategies and laughter. Activities throughout the year may include a Winter Solstice Lantern Walk, Fremantle Festival Parade, Christmas Party and Parent outings (evenings). We always welcome new families so please come along to try a free session to see if you would like to become a member. Currently ses

sions are running at the following times:

Tuesday 9.30-11:30 am All children aged 0-5 yrs old

We have the following time-slots available if anyone is interested in facilitating them:
Monday 9:30-11:30 am All children aged 0-5 yrs old
Wednesday 9.30-11.30 am All children aged 0-5 yrs old
Thursday 9.30-11.30 am All children aged 0-5 yrs old
Friday 9.30-11.30 am All children aged 0-5 yrs old

🎉 BIG NEWS FOR WHITE GUM VALLEY PLAYGROUP! 🎉

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our grant application has been officially approved! 🥳✨

A massive, heartfelt thank you to Playgroup WA and Lotterywest for their incredible support. This funding is a huge boost for our community-run playgroup, allowing us to upgrade our equipment and bring in wonderful new toys for our little ones to explore, learn, and grow with.

As a volunteer-powered group, support like this makes a world of difference in keeping our space vibrant, safe, and welcoming for all of our local families.

We can’t wait to see the kids enjoying the new gear soon! 🧸🎨

Huge Thanks to Tall Tree Early Learning! 🌟

We had the absolute best time last Monday when the team at Tall Tree Early Learning - White Gum Valley hosted our playgroup!

The kids were completely in their element exploring the beautifully set up play spaces; from getting creative with the hands-on activity stations indoors to burning off energy on their amazing outdoor play equipment, there were smiles all around. They even got to enjoy some delicious snacks!

Thank you for supporting our local community and giving our little ones such a wonderful morning of discovery and play. 😊

Community Supporting Community! 🌿

A massive thank you to the team at Tall Tree Early Learning - White Gum Valley for their recent fundraiser. We were so touched to learn they chose to raise funds on behalf of our local Playgroup.

As many of you know, our Playgroup is a labour of love run by local families and gestures like this make a world of difference in helping us provide a great space for our kids to learn and play.

It’s extra special for Lottie as she is lucky enough to be part of both these wonderful communities. Seeing her hold that donation note with such a big smile really highlights the connection we share.

Thank you again Tall Tree for your generosity and for being such amazing neighbours!

We had a cracker of a morning at White Gum Valley Playgroup! Between the excitement of our Easter egg hunt and getting creative with our Easter crafts, the kids found a brand-new way to play. Our "messy play" paper quickly transformed into an epic indoor "snowball" fight!
It’s safe to say everyone (especially the kids) had a ball!

📅 Holiday Notice:
We are now taking a little break for the school holidays. We will be closed for the next two weeks and will return on Monday, April 20th.
We can’t wait to see our regulars back and would love to welcome any new families looking for a friendly community to join. Enjoy the break! 🐰🐣

We had some very special visitors at playgroup today! A huge thank you to the team from Bunnings O’Connor for leading such a creative Easter craft session. Our little artists loved making these beautiful bunnies! 🎨
It was wonderful to see everyone getting stuck into the paint to create their festive masterpieces. 🐣

What a fantastic day at playgroup! The sun was out, and our little ones had an absolute blast diving into some water play. From sensory tubs to splashing around, it was the perfect way to keep cool and burn off some energy.
With the warmer weather sticking around, you can definitely expect more watery adventures in the coming weeks!
