Fairfield Indigenous Flora Park

Did you know that Fairfield has a natural treasure in its own back yard? Do you know what a red rumped parrot, the brushed-tailed possum and a
spotted gum have in common? They'er all found in the Fairfield Indigenous Flora Park, where one of
the last pieces of native vegetation remains in our local area. The Flora Park is maintained by volunteers from the local com

munity
and is supported by Fairfield City Council. If you would like to find out more or perhaps lend a hand come along
to our Open day/working bee on the 3rd Saturday of each month 9:00 till noon.

We may be only 2 .5 hectares but we do our bit.
