The Southern members of the Club had a great tme today with a trip.organised by Jessica to the Cole River Farm for morning tea, a visit to Richmond Gaol and of course, a trip to the Bakery and Lolly Shop! The group.of 16 included Jessica's family. Unfortunately we forgot to take any photos!!

Chilly start to a beautiful day. We spent the morning at Tahune Air Walk…..fantastic. We drove back to Geeveston and along the coast to Dover via a great afternoon tea spot at Surveyors Bay. Looks like one of the Travellers has done a head gasket. Despite that we enjoyed a fine meal at the Dover RSL.

Yesterday 16 members of the Club met for morning tea at Sorell before 10 of us headed to the Tasmanian Native Gardens at Buckland for a bbq lunch. Such a beautiful restful quiet place - we had it to ourselves. Great weather and good company.

We left the Westbury Village Green and drove on sealed back roads to Sheffield and on to Devonport. Plenty of hills to test gear boxes and brakes and very little traffic. Eleven of us enjoyed lunch together at the Marion Storm Cafe. Good fun.

Sixteen folk enjoyed the run to Gretna today. Four Morries, an MG TC along with 3 moderns enjoyed morning tea,at New Norfolk, followed by a wander through the street market. We then headed to Bushy Park Market, before heading to Gretna for a bbq lunch. The weather was kind to us. After lunch we watched the local cricket match, before heading back home, stopping for traditional ice cream. Great company, great day.

10 members and friends of the Morris Minor Club of Tas enjoyed a run to the Meander Bridge Cafe for a fabulous lunch. We then drove on sealed backroads through scenic Western Creek and Caveside to Chudleigh and lashed out on an ice cream at Melita Honey Farm. A great way to spend a Thursday.

Great day for.the southern group.of the Morris Minor Club of Tasmania. Twenty one folk and their cars enjoyed a bbq lunch and too many desserts 🤣. We welcomed 2 new members Rick and John with their beautiful red Morrie.
