3 months until this has to travel the length of the continent, we shouldn’t be worried right? It runs, (kind of) and looks like it won’t make it…. That’s about it though

We’re getting to the pointy end of the mission, and while we’re behind on making sure the car is right, we need your help to make sure we can go! So apparently, blindly running an engine that hasn’t been touched in 20+ years isn’t the best idea! Unbeknownst to us the clutch had been partially disassembled and the covers put back on…. (Maybe we should have checked. But probably not.)

So engine out, clutch reinstall and we should be nearly driving!

Most people when undertaking a 5000km + Roadtrip would only do it in something reliable right?
Well we think that’s just boring, so we brainstormed some of the most unreliable things we know about cars.
