West Ulverstone Cricket Club are taking applications for a head coach for the upcoming 2026/27 season.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced coach with sound tactical knowledge of the game. You'll be responsible for continuing a strong team culture both on and off field and lead the club to continued success.

This week we travel over the bridge to take on our cross town rivals. With this being our last game before Christmas, it's really important that we lock away an ever important win.

We welcome Dylan Smith into the side for this contest.
Although smithy is playing in the TCL this season , we love that he still supports us and is eager to have a game for the lions any chance he gets. Thanks mate.

ROUND 5 VS PENGUIN @ WEST ULVERSTONE.
This week we take on penguin at home in what is set to be a huge game. The rivalry between these two clubs was already big , but became even more fierce when last years co captain decided to jump ship.
The boys are up and about after an impressive nail biting win over spreyton last week and will be looking to stay on the winners list by knocking off the undefeated penguin on our home turf.

Sadly on 11/11/25 Shan Coulson lost her battle against MND. A battle she fought with dignity and respect. The Club mostly seen Shan around during our footy days where she had the ability to turn negatives into positives and could turn any frown into a smile or even a laugh she was often the loudest person in the room and she loved it . Over the years Shan often
Volunteered her time to help the club out along with many of her family members . Shan your journey on earth was short and full of struggles Rest In Peace pain free . On behalf of the Committee and all our Entities The West Ulverstone Community Sports Club wish to express our sincere sympathy to Jason, Jamayah, Amarleah, Gladys Alysia, Karinda, Jonathan and families after the sad passing of their Mother, Daughter and Sister
