gal profession to engage with the minds of Australian Muslim Law Students and provides students with insight and advice regarding their future professions. The network also provides for the sharing of community concerns that may require action from the network as a representative body.

A coalition of Muslim organisations has released a joint statement in response to the Government’s proposed approach to racism complaints in Australian universities.

The statement calls for consideration of the Dehumanisation Framework as a consistent, evidence-based approach to protecting all students and staff from racism and discrimination.

As we welcome Eid al-Adha, we reflect on the values of faith, sacrifice, compassion and service to others.

‘May Allah accept from us and you (our good deeds).’

This Eid, we also keep in our hearts and du’as those facing hardship, oppression and displacement around the world. May this occasion bring relief, hope and renewed strength to all those enduring difficulty and injustice.

The Day of Arafah 🌙

May Allah SWT accept the du’as, repentance and ibadah of all those standing on the plains of Arafah today, and grant ease, mercy and forgiveness to the entire Ummah.

For those observing from afar, may this blessed day bring you closer to Allah SWT and fill your hearts with peace, sincerity and hope. If you are able to, remember to fast, increase in du’a and dhikr, and seek Allah’s forgiveness abundantly.

اللهم اغفر لي وارحمني واهدني وعافني وارزقني
“O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, guide me, grant me wellness, and provide for me.”

May Allah SWT accept all sincere du’as made today, ease the hardships of those struggling, and allow us all to witness many more blessed days of Arafah in the best of states.
