هو منظمة غير حكومية وغير ربحية حاصلة على الترخيص من الحكومة الاسترالية تهتم بنشر مباديء الديمقراطية ومناهضة العنف التي تؤمن بها الامة الاسترالية والسعي لنشر تلك المباديء (داخلياً وخارجياً) بين المواطنين والمقيمين من ابناء الاصول العربية بشكل عام والعراقية منهم بشكل خاص من جهة وبينهم وبين باقي المواطنين الاستراليين لاحداث اندماج من قبلهم في المجتمع وتبني المباديء الانسانية التي تؤمن بها الامة الاست
