Congratulations to Lucy and Benji who have been selected for the National Team to compete at the Junior World Championships in Poland in October. Both athletes started karate in the kids class on Thursday (Lucy aged 5 and Benji aged 7) so it’s a pleasure to see them grow into elite athletes. Also very narrowly missing out on selection were Piper, Miles, Sebastian and Thomas.

A fantastic medals result for Chiaki (gold) and Alejandra (silver) who were competing at their first Nationals and only recently moved out of Thursday beginners up to the advanced class!
