Last week, Wyndham Health Foundation CEO Christine Medrano and Fundraising & Donor Manager Andrew Elsbury, had the pleasure of visiting RMIT University to hear from Master of Marketing students who had developed fundraising and marketing ideas to support better health outcomes in Wyndham.

We were incredibly impressed by the creativity, professionalism and thoughtfulness of the students, who presented innovative concepts focused on community engagement and fundraising.

A big thank you to the students, lecturers and RMIT team for this valuable opportunity. We look forward to exploring some of these exciting ideas further and continuing the conversation.

Together, we can create a healthier Wyndham community.

Today we say farewell to our wonderful Emily as she finishes her time with Wyndham Health Foundation and begins an exciting new chapter.

Emily has brought so much warmth, care and passion to her role as Community Engagement & Operations Manager, helping bring people together through events, community initiatives, partnerships and meaningful connections across Wyndham.

Anyone who has worked with Emily knows how thoughtful and giving she is. In true Emily fashion, she even carefully chose a special farewell gift for each member of the team, a reflection of the kindness, generosity and genuine care she shows to others every day.

Her positive energy, compassion and commitment to our community will be greatly missed.

Thank you for everything, Emily. We are so grateful for all you have contributed and wish you every success and happiness for what comes next.

Recently, Andrew, our Fundraising and Donor Manager, attended the launch of the RMIT University Regenerative Futures Institute at the Capitol Theatre.

This week, the Wyndham Health Foundation team, had the honour of attending a traditional tea ceremony hosted by Cr Larry Zhao and the Asian Business Association of Wyndham.

It was a truly special experience and a wonderful opportunity to connect, listen and learn together. The care, tradition and intention behind the ceremony created a meaningful space to strengthen relationships and celebrate the importance of community connection.
