Having a strong sense of their own cultural history and traditions will help them build a positive cultural identity for themselves. This explores children’s sense of belonging and self-esteem. And will dev

elop a positive attitude towards cultural differences living in a multi-cultural society. Anondodhara is a school of performing art for children under 16 which will be introducing from 21st October in Melbourne West.Our teachers have musical excellence , industry experience,flexibility and commitment to give the best to the children. Our aim is to train the children onto three distinct categories -classical, folk and modern in Music and Dance. Rabindra Sangeet and Nazrul Sangeet are Bangalees' precious heritage, therefore we offer the unique and unprecedented opportunity to learn styles of these melodies seriously. Our soul celebrates our existence through our body. With hundreds of variations like Katthak, Dhali, Baul, Manipuri, Classical, Semi-classical etc. Students will be given these variations on weekly based Dance lessons in small groups by a qualified teacher .Currently we are only offering Sunday morning time for the class. Anondodhara will create the opportunities for students and young artists to develop their potential through training and performance. Please contact us or email us your expression of interest . FOR THE PAUSE -PERI & MENOPAUSE INFORMATION SESSION

A formal, science-based session providing important information on women’s reproductive health, including the transition through peri-menopause and menopause.

Topics include:
• A brief overview of the history of women’s health
• Biological and hormonal changes during peri-menopause and menopause
• Evidence-based research from the International Menopause Society, and insights from Professor Kulkarni, Dr Lisa Mosconi, and others
• How to navigate the medical system to access appropriate care
• Practical, evidence-based wellbeing strategies to support long-term health
