Power Pork Power Pork is a small family business raising grass fed animals using environmentally sustainable, ethical and low stress methods to produce tasty products

Frank and Danielle purchased Glenmore with the aim of re establishing their free range pork farm. Having operated from a family owned farm previously, obtaining their own property and starting from scratch was not particularly daunting as they knew what they wanted. They now run 20 free range sows with a mix of Berkshire, Tamworth & Large Whites. The sows are joined to the two Berkshire Boars - La

rry and Arnold. They run the sows in the paddock 100% of the time and provide shelter feed and water, all with portability in mind. This allows for daily contact with the animals as well as an ability to observe and look after the land that the animals graze. Ultimately, Power Pork produces pork which is processed through a local abattoir and local butcher and supplied direct to you.
