A Big Thank You to White Horse Tavern Baldivis
On behalf of Baldivis Community Support Inc. (Happy Pantry), we want to extend our deepest gratitude to the team at White Horse Tavern Baldivis for their incredible support from October through April.
Through your Friday night Meat Raffle, you helped raise an amazing $3,250 — funds that go directly toward supporting local families, seniors, single parents, young people starting out, and anyone in our community experiencing food insecurity. This contribution isn’t just a number. It represents full fridges, warm meals, dignity, and hope for thousands of people who walk through our doors each month.
Your generosity, and the generosity of everyone who purchased a ticket or shared a kind word, strengthens the very heart of Baldivis. Community partnerships like this are what allow Happy Pantry to continue operating as a fully volunteer‑run organisation without government funding, supporting around 3,000 people every month with free groceries, connection, and a safe, welcoming space.
What began in 2022 as a simple act of rescuing food from landfill has grown into a lifeline for so many — and support like yours helps us keep that lifeline strong.
As we work toward our next big goal — fundraising for a new food truck to expand our reach — we are reminded once again that Baldivis is full of people and businesses who genuinely care.
Thank you, White Horse Tavern Baldivis, for standing with us, believing in our mission, and helping our neighbours thrive.
Your kindness makes a real and lasting impact.
