At Challenge Southern Highlands, our vision is to ensure that everyone living with a disability has the chance to thrive. We make it possible to get the best out of life - everyday.

What makes us distinctive is our human approach, our dedicated support, which connects to unlimited opportunities for those with disabilities to reach their full potential. We want to empower people with disability to live with dignity, independence, and belonging, while strengthening inclusive communities.

Our profit-for-purpose combines supported employment pathways with wrap-around health and disability services, enabling participants to build independence, skills, and wellbeing while contributing meaningfully to their community.

This year we have experienced significant growth in demand for our services across the board - but most particularly in our supported employment services. The increased demand for employment services saw our workforce rise by 50% in a very short period of time.

Our Season of Giving this year highlights our pressing need to strengthen our organisational infrastructure to sustain our supported employees with meaningful work. With your support we will expand supported employment, enhance health and welfare services, and build organisational resilience. Ultimately, your generosity will accelerate our ability to create meaningful, long-term opportunities for people with disability and contribute to strengthening the wider social enterprise that is Challenge Southern Highlands.

Want to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money to benefit CHALLENGE SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS INC, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
