We are MORE than happy to help out !!!
The Op Shop shall continue to support the Pound by providing warm & snuggly items that are unsuitable for sale in our shop (rips, tears, stains, broken zippers etc) for its residents in care.
As you might know from some of our recent posts, we're desperately short of blankets for dogs and cats at our animal pound.
So this post is a big thanks to the great volunteers at the Peppercorn Op Shop in Wedderburn, who've donated bedding we can use.
Pictured here are volunteers from the op shop along with Council Local Laws Officer Kathy Jackson and Choc Top, who is a resident at the pound at the moment (and was very keen to get his paws on the donations).
We're still looking for 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 so if you can help please drop them into the Council office at 41 High St, Wedderburn, between 8.15am and 4.45pm each weekday.
There’s a collection bin in the foyer that you can drop them in to.
