Halloween is coming, and we’d love to see our neighbourhood come alive with decorated homes, costumes and plenty of trick-or-treating.

We’re thinking a Waterways Halloween trail, participating house signs and even a little friendly competition for the best decorated homes.

Our Waterways Community Garden has a lovely new place to gather! 🌿

A big thank you to our Community Garden Coordinator, David Tumino for bringing the new gazebo and paved area together, and to everyone who helped make it happen.

Thank you to Bendigo Bank Aspendale Gardens for funding the materials, local engineering company Special Patterns for donating their time to design, fabricate and paint the gazebo, and Gail Maree for donating her table.

The space feels complete, and we’re looking forward to our first picnic day together! 🧺

One of the best things about Waterways? You never know who you'll meet on your walk.

Some mornings it's a family of ducks.
Other days it's a graceful swan gliding across the lake.
If you're lucky, you might even spot a turtle enjoying the sunshine.

It's little moments like these that make living here so special.
