DROP-IN
Our Drop-In Centre is a safe place for young people aged 11 – 18 years to socialise and hang out with their friends and meet new people. Our Drop-In centre offers a grea
t range of youth friendly activities including a pool table, Xbox and Playstation 2 games, Ping-Pong table, computers with free internet access, board games and access to streaming services on the TV. The Drop-In centre also runs a nutrition program which provides healthy meals and refreshments every day and also offers a weekly cooking class for young people. In our cooking classes young people are given the opportunity to develop their cooking, cleaning and budgeting skills in our kitchen or on our BBQ. The Drop-In Centre is open 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday and is supervised by qualified youth workers. During our school holiday periods there are extended hours, with the Drop-In opening at 12pm. Look out for our Drop-In Program posted to this page!

CASE MANAGEMENT
The Fact Tree Youth Service provides Case Management for young people aged 11-25 years and families with children 18 years and under. Our case workers support clients in a number of ways depending on what is happening for them at the time. Often a young person will be allocated their own case worker and work with them to develop achievable goals. Clients are welcome to continue to return to case management as they require. Case management aims to help provide young people and their families with the skills necessary to build resilience in order to overcome the barriers in their lives. Our caseworkers can work with clients who may be experiencing a range of issues including (but not limited to):
• Disengagement form education/training
• Lack of employment
• Financial hardship/ Centrelink issues
• Drug and alcohol use
• Physical or mental health concerns
• Family/Domestic violence
• Court or other legal problems
• Family/relationship breakdown
• Homelessness

AFTER HOURS PROGRAM
The After Hours program is for young people between the ages of 11 to 18 years old and runs Friday and Saturday evenings from 4pm to 10pm. The program aims to provide a diverse range of recreational, educational and cultural activities in a safe and socially engaging environment. A key emphasis in running the After Hours program during these times is in an effort to divert local young people when they are most at risk of participating in anti-social and criminal behaviours. In addition, young people may be referred on to relevant counselling, case management, health, legal, employment and educational services/programs when it is deemed appropriate by our youth workers. The After Hours is run in partnership with the City of Sydney Council, who has given their support to the program for the past __ years. Some examples of After Hours activities include:
• Ice skating
• Luna Park
• Laser Tag
• Ghost Tours at Quarantine Station
• Cinema
