SDIEA - Southern Downs Industry Education Association SDIEA is a community non for profit organisation servicing the Southern Downs in Queensland. (SDIEA provides services to 15-65yrs).

We envisage a future where our community, families and clients achieve a sense of self, place, purpose and belonging. SDIEA is a community not for profit organisation established in 1998 and based in Warwick, servicing the Southern Downs region (QLD) and potentially outreaching to neighbouring regional communities. The organisation provides a variety of services included but not limited to career

and work transition, mentoring, youth worker support, welfare and employment programs. The organisation has had a primary focus on young people, but is now extending services to people 15-65 years. SDIEA is an incorporated body governed by a board of management made up of school, community and industry representatives. The organisation is moving toward becoming a self-managed organisation, where staff and board members all contribute to successful operations of the organisation’s service to the community and meeting compliance with funding bodies.
