Last Thursday we wrapped up another great session in our Small Business Month series, and it was one that gave the room plenty to think about.

NARA Consultancy brought a room full of business owners together to talk succession planning, and what stood out was the quality of the conversations. Watching local business owners think critically about the long game, not just for themselves, but for the people around them, was genuinely encouraging.

Because that’s the thing about succession planning that often gets overlooked: it’s not just about what happens to your business when things change. A well-planned transition protects jobs, keeps expertise in the community, and helps ensure the businesses that make Warwick tick are still here for the next generation.

Big thanks to Nara Consultancy for a thoughtful, practical session that gave our members real tools to take away.
