Warwick parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 7am at Condamine River, Warwick. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

Warwick parkrun is a free, timed 5km group event that takes place at 7am every Saturday morning. Participants have the choice to run, walk or volunteer. Warwick parkrun welcomes people from all backgrounds and of all fitness levels, abilities and ages, both as volunteers and as participants, irrespective of gender, socio-economic status, ethnicity, disability or mental health status. It was a totally RAD morning at Wazza parkrun for our thirteenth birthday this morning. Selfies, 6-7 and emotional roller coasters were all down.

Thank you to our fully sick volunteers Letitia, Tom, Len, Scarlett, Sophia, Lucy and Caitlyn for helping our event get down.

Happy birthday to our home slice Chris from Goldie and thanks to our visitors from Brissy, Tassy, Ipswich, Tbar and Bribie for joining us.

A cool -2.3 greeted our 69 finishers and 6 volunteers today. Good news for at least 1 visitor whom has now achieved the frosty badge on Strava :-) Our visitors today almost outnumbered our locals and hailed from Redlands, Ashgrove, Lismore and Brisbane. We also loved seeing our furbaby runners today with Kobi as always determined to lead the pack and Percy bring home his ladies and enjoying a well deserved pat at the finish from our volunteer and namesake - Percy. As always thanks to our volunteers today: Jayne, Percy, Michaela, Aiden and Pam.

What's coming up:
Come along on 29 August to help celebrate Warwick parkrun becoming a teenager. That's right this will be our 13th birthday this year. and
31 October is halloween at parkrun. Come dressed up in your favorite haloween outfit.
