💙 RAY WHITE CHARITY BALL 2026 💙

A very big and heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the Ray White Charity Ball and the incredible $96,250 raised for the Crystal Lee Foundation.

It was a fun and memorable evening, as well as a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the impact of the Foundation. The extraordinary generosity shown throughout the night was truly heartwarming and reflected just how much the community values the work that we do.

As a small local charity without ongoing government funding, this outstanding result is a true game-changer. These funds will allow the Foundation to provide even greater practical, emotional and financial support to South West Victorian families whose lives have been turned upside down by a young person's cancer diagnosis—from diagnosis, through treatment, and, for many, into survivorship.

Being chosen as the beneficiary of this year's Ray White Charity Ball was an incredible honour, that also brough much needed visibility to our cause. Sincere thanks to the team at Ray White Warrnambool for this opportunity, for the enormous effort invested in creating such a successful event, and for their genuine commitment to giving back to the community.

Heartfelt thanks also go to the event sponsors, auction item donors, attendees, auction bidders, raffle ticket purchasers, volunteers, and every person whose generosity contributed to this record-breaking fundraising result.

The impact of these funds will be felt by local families for years to come, and we look forward to sharing the difference they make to the young people and families we support.

A huge thank you to the members of Rotary Club of Warrnambool Daybreak for your generous donation to the Crystal Lee Foundation. 💛

Pictured is our Treasurer, Jake, accepting the donation on behalf of the Foundation.

This support will go directly towards our family support services, helping us continue to be there for local families across South West Victoria who are facing childhood cancer. Every contribution helps us provide practical and emotional support during some of the hardest moments a family can go through.

Rotary Daybreak’s commitment to our community runs deep. The time, energy and heart your members give to so many local causes makes a genuine difference, and we’re proud to have your club behind us.

Thank you for helping us support the families who need it most.

Last chance to donate before the end of financial year. Please give if you are able to help young people and their families accross South West Victoria facing a cancer diagnosis.

FUNDRAISING APPEAL

Right now, families across Australia are feeling the pinch from the rising cost of living, but none more so than the ones we support at the Crystal Lee Foundation.

When a young person from South West Victoria is diagnosed with cancer, their only option is to travel to Melbourne for life-saving treatment. This has a huge financial impact on their families who often experience reduced income and additional expenses associated with long periods away from home and household split between two locations.
So today, we’re asking for your support.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 before 30 June to ensure we can continue to stand alongside these families when they need us most.

Your donation will help us: Provide additional fuel and supermarket vouchers to ease the financial burden on local families accessing cancer treatment for their young person in Melbourne.

If you are able, please make a tax-deductible donation before 30 June.
As a registered charity, with no ongoing government support, every donation, large or small, will make a difference to the families we support.

On National Sorry Day and throughout National Reconciliation Week from 27 May to 3 June, we reflect on this year’s theme and the importance of learning from our shared history while walking together toward a more just, respectful, and united future.

At the Crystal Lee Foundation, we strive to create a respectful and inclusive space for people of all cultures and identities and contribute to reconcilliation through listening, learning and connection.

Today and every day, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land where we work, and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
