AUCTION ITEM COLLECTION NIGHT REMINDER!

A reminder to all our Auction Item successful bidders, that collection of your items will be tomorrow, Friday 13th September, at Warrane Basketball Stadium, upstairs from Dominoes Club rooms, from 5pm - 6pm. Go into the stadium front doors, turn to your right and walk alongside the court past the toilets/facilities to the stairs at the end on the right. Go upstairs and into the mezzanine social space door on the left and walk along to the other end of the mezzanine space. Dominoes offices are the last door on the left at the other end.

Dear bidders,

Please check your notifications, as we have been unable to send private messages to some people due to individual Facebook settings. In those cases, we have replied to you bid/comment on items you have won. Therefore our reply to your bid should appear in your notifications. We are requesting payment from winning bidders by next Monday and an email to confirm payment (payment details are in the message). Collection of items will be next Friday 13th September 5pm - 6pm from our offices at Warrane Stadium.

Thank you to all 74 bidders in our 2024 Fundraising online auction. We are so immensely thankful and appreciative of every single donation and contribution that has led to us being able to provide an amazing auction, with amazing items for bidding on again in 2024.

This year has surpassed our 2023 efforts in leaps and bounds, and we are extremely excited to share with our members, families and all our supporters, that we have tallied the bids, and added in the financial contributions, and our Net Profit from this fundraiser for 2024, is $10,685!!!!!!!!!!

Every single successful bidder has been contacted with payment information, and a collection date and time.

We will be contacting every single donor to share our exciting outcome news, and thank them for their support.

What an amazing year for our club in so many ways!
