Warragul parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from juni

ors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

Run Report #521
Congratulations to all the runners and volunteers for another great Saturday morning. 192 for late May in Warragul is certainly a big turnout.
A big welcome to tourists from Ballarat and Blackheath for attending today. Hope you enjoyed the course as much as we do every week.
Big shoutout to the Warragul swimming club for once again coming for a trot.
There were actually 19 first-timers today, don't believe the graphic with only 9 names listed. Thank you for coming, and hope to see you again soon.
We also had 3 big milestones for runners today: 200, 300, and 400 events. Big kudos from all of us at Warragul.
Any issues or questions re the results, please fire us a message and we will try and reply as soon as we can. Otherwise, enjoy the rest of the weekend and see you all next week.

We are this supportive at Warragul parkrun - whether it's your first time, 5th, 50th or 500th. And if you're not a hugger we have high fives and smiles too. We have a wonderful 5km of walking, jogging or running at your free weekly, timed event. Meeting at Brooker Park BBQ shelter in the SE corner, with parking on Sutton Street, Charles Street or Bowen Street. Looking forward to seeing everyone at 7:50am for briefing and milestone celebrations. Are you celebrating a milestone? Let us know so we can celebrate with you too. Don't forget your barcode.
