Knox Boat Fishing Club

Knox Boat Fishing Club The Knox Boat Fishing Club inc (KBFC) is a family boat fishing club committed to promoting responsible recreational angling.

The club provides:

- a full syllabus of angling events focusing on a range of fresh and saltwater species in a number of locations across Victoria – an annual Game fishing tournament occurs over seven days each March in Bermagui, NSW
- prominent and expert guest speakers on a range of fishing, boating, safety and environmental sustainability topics
- a strong emphasis on family activitie

s that cater for male, female, intermediate and junior competitive divisions
- a range of social events including an annual family weekend at Nicholson River, junior members Christmas party and regular restaurant nights
-opportunity to improve fishing and boating skills through exposure to experienced and successful anglers who are only too willing to share their knowledge

What a great talk last night with Lachie O'reilly. He was fantastic and had the room captivated. His knowledge on Tuna is huge. We will have him back again to do another talk on Marlin. Congrats Bill Ferguson taking the $400 on the members spining wheel. Thank you Ashley Hannon for donation of BBQ to the raffle. Great night had by all.
