Tradies Toolbox Roadshow rolls into Borinya!

Our Roadshow rolled into Borinya Community Partnership last week, bringing trades, training and community connections together.

A big shout-out to Lions Wangaratta for firing up the BBQ and keeping everyone fuelled with bacon and egg rolls while the conversations got underway!

Students connected with industry across heavy diesel and farm machinery, building & construction, auto & smash repairs, traffic control, and fire & emergency services.

Thanks to Master Builders Victoria, six lucky students also received brand-new steel-cap work boots to support their upcoming work experience.

GOTAFE shared the vocational pathways available through VCE VM, school-based apprenticeships and traineeships, and further education and training.

Amazing conversations, inspiration and community connection — that’s what the Tradies Toolbox Roadshow is all about! 🙌

🔧 The Tradies Toolbox Roadshow is packing up and heading to our final Benalla stop! Next Wednesday, 16 September, we’re off to Australian Christian College, with EdSpace and Benalla Flexi joining in.

Our Roadshow has created meaningful and authentic conversations with senior secondary students across Benalla, connecting them directly with people who work in the trades every day. These conversations are helping students discover what’s possible, ask questions and gain a real insight into the pathways available to them.

Are you a Benalla business and would like to get involved? 👇 Get in touch with the NE Tracks LLEN team and be part of inspiring the next generation of local tradies.
