PLEASE HELP...we still need Sunday cooks, Tuesday Cooks, and fill ins, Saturday overnight shift and emergency overnight shift. To volunteer you need your WWCC and to attend a 2 hr Shelter Volunteer Orientation. This Tuesday 2-4pm. Please register by email
Shelter '26
For the 8th year we are runnning the Wang Night Shelter from 1st June - 31st August. A collective response to homelessness, loneliness and heartache.
It takes about 100 volunteers for the winter to provide Shelter for 7 nights a week from 6pm - 7am. Please put your hand up for 1 shift a week or to be an emergency fill in. Shifts are Cooks 6-7pm, Evening 6-10pm Overnight 10pm-7am. All shifts are in Wangaratta. Thank you for you help. Without you there is no Shelter.
