Fodder Forest parkrun

Fodder Forest parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning. Everyone is welcome to walk, jog, run or volu What is Fodder Forest parkrun? When is it? Where is it?

Toilets are available at Cascade Gardens (approx 400m walk from the start line). Water bubblers are located within the dog park at the start of the course and one is located in the park by the main junction on course. Parking is available at:
- Link Rd (limited parking available)
- Cascade Gardens skate park
- At the front of Victoria Point Sate School, Colburn Ave
- Side streets surrounding the a

Please be respectful of the local residents! A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! Every Saturday at 7:00am. The event takes place at Fodder Forest, Link Road, Victoria Point, QLD 4165. What does it cost to join in? Nothing - it's free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time! Go to parkrun.com.au to register :)

How fast do I have to be? We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! Fodder Forest parkrun needs you! It is entirely organised by volunteers - email [email protected] to help. We're friendly! Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at The Espresso Bar, High Street, Victoria Point - please come and join us!

What a fantastic morning we had down at Fodder Forest yesterday.

Massive congratulations to Dom Theodos who set a new course record in 16:42 - Incredible running!!

Also, we had one of our regular runners Rob Ringland join the 100 club - well done!!

Whether you’re running, walking, volunteering, or cheering others on, there’s something special about starting the day together at Fodder Forest. Fresh air, friendly faces, and that great parkrun vibe 🙌
We expect our course will have quite a few wet spots after a week of rain, so put on your old runners and get ready for jumping in puddles!

Thank you for coming down to join us at Fodder Forest this morning. It was a fantastic morning for a run or walk through our beautiful parklands.

Today we celebrated a very special milestone. Massive congratulations to Norm Sudbury who joined the 500 club!! 👏🏻🏃🏻‍♂️
