We’re looking for hands-on helpers to support our local owls by building nesting boxes 🛠️
To get involved, you’ll need to join the Bullsbrook Community Men’s Shed — a great group of locals working together, sharing skills, and making a real difference.

These guys are trying to stop the decline of our owls, any help would be appreciated greatly 🙏

Local volunteers from North Swan Landcare and the Bullsbrook Men’s Shed are working with local landowners to build and install owl nesting boxes to support the decline of both local owl species.

💚 Want to help? I have a donation box in my office and am calling on our community to donate old hardware and broom handles.

Rubbish!

A quick heads-up before the Easter long weekend 🐰

If your bin collection is due on Good Friday, April 3, your bins will be collected one day later on Saturday, April 4. Bin collections due on Easter Monday, April 6, will run as normal.

♻️ The Bullsbrook and Malaga recycling centres will be closed on Good Friday, April 3, and Easter Sunday, April 5.

📦 The Containers for Change facility at Recycling Centre Bullsbrook will also be closed on Good Friday, April 3, Easter Sunday, April 5 and easter Monday, April 6.

A left in/left out solution is coming to the intersection of Great Northern Highway and Railway Parade🚧

The City of Swan has carefully reviewed all available information, including safety assessments, traffic modelling and operational requirements. To address the safety risks and traffic pressures impacting the area, the City has adopted the left in/left out option as the only viable and sustainable solution. This decision was guided by the City’s responsibility to ensure the safest possible environment for residents, visitors, and all road users.
