Dr Louis presented a teaching via Zoom last Saturday at Dhammaduta. Attendees were introduced to the “Participants Journey Map of Inner Cultivation,” with a focus on learning to observe with awareness. We are very grateful for this practical teaching. The next teaching will be advertised again on Facebook. Dr Louis will step us through the journey of cultivating the mind in future teachings which will either be via Zoom or in person when he next visits Coffs Harbour. 🙏🙏🙏

“Vesak", the Day of the Full Moon in the month of May, is the most sacred day to millions of Buddhists around the world. It was on the Day of Vesak two and a half millennia ago, in the year 623 B.C., that the Buddha was born. It was also on the Day of Vesak that the Buddha attained enlightenment, and it was on the Day of Vesak that the Buddha in his eightieth year passed away. Come along to Vesak Day this Sunday 31st May at Dhammaduta, 26B Jaboh Close, Upper Orara. Events start at 9am. See flyer attached. Bookings through our page. Everyone welcome!
