🌿 A beautiful reminder of the power of slowing down, reconnecting and coming together 🤍

Yesterday we stepped away from the busyness of everyday life and immersed ourselves in the beauty of nature.

Walking mindfully, breathing in the fresh air, sitting together in meditation, embracing moments of silence and sharing a warm, nourishing meal 🌼

Sometimes, the simplest moments bring the greatest sense of peace.

Beyond the walk and meditation, what made today truly special was the beautiful sense of community. People from different walks of life coming together with open hearts, sharing presence, kindness and connection.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making this gathering so meaningful 🙏🏽

May we continue to create spaces where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, connect with nature and uplift one another.

A peaceful afternoon in nature, with time to slow down and connect 🌿

Join Priesh Devji from Sacred Official for a peaceful walk through Whistlepipe Gully, guided meditation and a warm bowl of vegetarian soup together.

Come on your own or bring a friend - you’re warmly welcome 🤍 No meditation experience is needed.

📅 Saturday, 10 October
🕟 4:30–6:00 PM - please arrive 10 minutes early
📍 Whistlepipe Gully Trailhead, end of Lewis Road, Forrestfield

Bring comfortable walking shoes, drinking water, a hat and a warm layer. A lightweight meditation mat or small towel is optional - you’re welcome to sit directly on the ground.

🌿 Free to attend, with soup included. Optional donations towards future community offerings are appreciated, with no obligation.

Please register so we can prepare enough soup for everyone.
