We’re incredibly proud to announce that Anthony Seneca and Joseph Seneca have both been appointed Partners at Matthews Steer.

Anthony and Joseph joined Matthews Steer in 2019 and have each built their careers within the firm, taking on increasing responsibility, developing strong client relationships and making a significant contribution to our team and culture.

Now, seven years later, they take the next step together.

For Anthony, Partnership recognises the trust he has built with clients and colleagues, his technical expertise, professionalism and commitment to developing those around him.

For Joseph, it recognises his leadership through action — his willingness to step up, take responsibility, support his team and contribute to the broader success of the firm.

Their journeys have been individual, but reaching this milestone together makes it particularly special.

As said when presenting their promotions at our RER Awards Night, Partnership is about trust, responsibility and the example you set for those coming through behind you.

We’re excited to see Anthony and Joseph take on that responsibility and play an even greater role in shaping the future of Matthews Steer.

🎉 Recognise. Encourage. Reward. On Friday night, we celebrated the people who make Matthews Steer what it is at our annual RER Awards Night at RACV Club Melbourne.

It was a special evening, with some significant career milestones, well-earned recognition and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Through our relationship with Charity Greeting Cards, we've recently been introduced to Helping Hand Coffee – a premium coffee range that supports Feed the Little Children, an Australian charity providing emergency food relief and nutritious meals to children experiencing food insecurity.

Now being served in our office, Helping Hand Coffee allows our team, clients and visitors to enjoy a great cup of coffee while supporting a worthwhile cause – proving that even small everyday choices can make a meaningful difference.

What a night at the Caravan Industry Victoria Hall of Fame Awards! Another fantastic evening celebrating the people and businesses driving the Victorian caravan and camping industry forward.

Matthews Steer was proud to sponsor the event once again and have our Partner, Adrian Misiano, present the Manager of the Year Award.
