🐴💚💛 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — COME AND BE PART OF THE ACTION! 💛💚🐴
Our Mackay & District Hack & Pony Club Horse Trials are almost here, and we’re calling on our wonderful members, families, friends and local community to lend a hand!
📅 Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th & Monday 5th October
📍 Mackay Pony Club Grounds, Eton
With one of our biggest events of the year coming up, it takes plenty of helping hands to make the weekend run smoothly — and every little bit of help makes a difference! 🙌
We have plenty of jobs available, including:
⏱️ Time Keeping
📋 Scoring at a Jump
✏️ Pencilling for a Judge
🚩 Marshalling
🐴 General Event Assistance
💚 And plenty more!
You don’t need to be an expert — if you’re enthusiastic, reliable and happy to help, we’d love to have you on the team!
🌟 Morning and afternoon shifts are available, so even if you can only spare a few hours, your help would be greatly appreciated.
Whether you're a club member, parent, supporter or someone from the local community who would simply like to get involved, come down, meet some great people and help support grassroots equestrian sport in our region.
👇 CAN YOU HELP?
Please comment below or send us a DM with the day and time you’re available so we can coordinate our volunteer team.
💚💛 Many hands make light work — and your time really does make a BIG difference!
Thank you for supporting Mackay & District Hack & Pony Club Inc. and helping us make our Horse Trials a fantastic event! 🐴🏆💚💛
