In other news, I’m long overdue for a social update and it’s a coming. When I ended the lease on Park Avenue, I desperately needed a deep rest and reset, and I look forward to reconnecting with you all on socials shortly. I’m excited to announce L’Atelier Flows’ first (of many) thoughtfully curated one-day experiences. This exclusive event is planned to offer empowering tools and insights to support those ready to embrace change and start anew - a reset of sorts as we step into the fresh energy of a new season 🌸. Guided by three carefully sought facilitators; each highly regarded in their field and finely tuned craft.

Founded on the legacy of a much-loved boutique Pilates, Barre & Yoga studio nestled in the James Street precinct, Burleigh Heads, L’Atelier Flow has evolved into a wellness brand, offering curated retreats and wellness events - choreographed for transformation, not trend.
With a strong foundation in mindful movement and holistic health, we now bring you immersive experiences designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit — from breathwork and yoga in idyllic settings to elevated wellness escapes and community events.

I created L’Atelier Flow experience as a gentle but powerful invitation — to slow down, reconnect, and move with more intention through life.
After sharing space with women in various studios, I began to notice something deeper. It wasn’t just about movement — it was about meaning. The desire for something more spacious. More Intentional. More beautiful.
L’Atelier Flow was born from that space.
This is for the woman who recognizes that putting herself first isn’t indulgent — it’s necessary.
Who craves presence over performance.
Who believes that wellness should feel just as beautiful as it is beneficial.
My intention is to craft experiences that feel like an exhale — where every detail has been considered, and every moment invites you back to yourself.
It’s not just about what we do on retreat.

Lani’s love for the fitness industry and as an instructor started from a very young age and has continued to grow over the years. Lani grew up within the fitness industry competing as an elite Aerobic Gymnast, and later moving into a professional dance career. Her love for dance and fitness led Lani to peruse her passion for Pilates which she has trained in for 7yrs and taught for just over 2yrs. Lani’s biggest goal as an instructor is to help others fall in love with their fitness journey, educating and helping them achieve their goals by living a happy, healthy lifestyle. You’ll find Lani on the schedule Monday 5pm + Friday 6am as well as various cover classes! | 🙌🏼✨

M E M B E R . E V E N I N G . We can’t wait to host our first studio workshop for 2025 this Friday evening. Nicki will be taking our guests through a restorative hour of Yin yoga and breathwork under candlelight, giving our guests the space to feel fully in their bodies and walk out feeling 5X lighter. Nicki will also have her Crystal / Clearing mists available for purchase on the evening, and they smell divine. This event is open to Members only but if you like the sound of this, please keep your eye out for our next open event in March | 🧘‍♀️✨

FRIDAY PHILOSOPHY / 🌓. We are geniuses at focusing on what is missing from our lives. Our dissatisfaction generally serves us well; it keeps us from complacency and boredom. In our haste to secure the future, we fail to notice what has not yet failed us, what isn’t actually out of reach: what is already very good.
We should be sure to create small occasions when we pause our striving and, for a few moments, properly take on board some of what we have to be grateful for / 💖✨
