CoreTemp Australia delivered the complete mechanical services package for the IMED Radiology extension at Peninsula Private Hospital, working inside a live healthcare environment on an accelerated programme.

Restricted ceiling space, multiple trade interfaces and lead-lined walls meant every element had to be planned with precision, before delivering a fully coordinated system on time.

Our relationship with this family began in 2016, when we installed gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling in their Wandin home. Three years ago, a house fire changed everything, and the family began the long and difficult process of rebuilding - not just a home, but a life. We were grateful to be invited back as part of that rebuild.

Working alongside , the new residence called for a heating and cooling solution that could keep up with extensive glazing, warm timber and strong architectural finishes without competing with a single detail.

We installed two Daikin ducted systems, Holyoake linear grilles for a clean, integrated finish, and MyAir zoning so the family can control comfort room by room. With finishing touches from , every element of the home was considered to work together seamlessly.

The result is reliable, zoned comfort running quietly in the background of a beautifully finished home.

For us, this wasn’t just another install. It was a chance to help a long-standing client come home.

The best mechanical services are the ones nobody notices. They simply keep every room comfortable, every meeting space welcoming, and every change room properly ventilated.

That's exactly what we delivered at the new Kilcunda Bass Recreation Reserve Pavilion. Working alongside Allchin Builders, our team installed the engineer specified Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning system together with Fantech ventilation, creating a reliable, high performing solution for this important community facility.
Another great project delivered, another community space ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
