We are pleased to share that PCYC Tweed Heads has recently and successfully received ClubGrants Funding via Tweed Community Clubs, Twin Towns Clubs & Resorts Club Tweed and Club Banora for both of our Fit for Life and Safer Drivers Programs that furthermore allow us to serve the Youth of the broader Tweed Shire Community 🙌🏼
At PCYC Tweed Heads, we understand that access to safe, inclusive and welcoming activity programs can make a genuine difference in people’s lives — particularly for those who may experience financial, social or other barriers to participation.
Working in partnership with local organisations, community service providers, government, police, businesses and other community stakeholders, we are committed to identifying local needs and developing practical opportunities that can create positive outcomes for the Youth of the Tweed, Northern Rivers and Southern Gold Coast.
The objective is simple: to strengthen local partnerships, improve access to programs, health, fitness, recreation opportunities, and provide an environment where people can build confidence, resilience, wellbeing and social connection.
We are particularly proud of the work being undertaken by the PCYC Tweed Heads team and the many partners who contribute to what we do.
Strong community programs are built through collaboration, careful planning and partnerships that connect resources with the people who can benefit from them most.
It is incredibly rewarding to see community needs identified, conversations take place, partnerships develop and ideas progress into initiatives that can make a real difference.
We look forward to continuing to work alongside our partners, our PCYC Tweed Heads team and the broader community to deliver opportunities that create positive outcomes for the people we serve.
