The Turill Community Centre started its life as The Turill Public Primary School, when the school was closed the building & grounds were g

ifted to the Community of Turill. The original weatherboard building was the whole school (Kindy to Sixth Class) it is now the kitchen, though the building still retains the characteristics of a weatherboard school of years gone by. Our community hall I’m sure would be no more if it hadn’t been for the dedicated long standing committee members & residents who over the years held numerous events, raised monies & applied for grants. With this they added an extension, built three toilets blocks, had the building re-plumbed, re-wired. Sorry
The Hall can be hired, facilities includes a functional kitchen, 2 microwave ovens, pie warmer, crockery, cutlery, hot plate, 2 oven, fridges, ample tables & chairs, mens , women's and disabled toilets.

NOTICE CONCERNING AUSTRALIA POST'S PARCEL DELIVERY IN TURILL.

The posties "Authority to Leave Parcels Forms" are no longer valid with the rules of Australia Post. Only parcels that are deemed "Safe Drop Abled" are allowed to be delivered

You will have to go to your Auspost App and tick the "Safe Drop Enabled" in order for your parcels to be delivered.

The posties will ONLY be able to deliver parcels that are deemed safe drop able.

Also is if your letterboxes are not big enough to safely hold the parcel the postie won't be able to deliver your parcel. Please let your neighbours know.

We have a lot of people saying “ i didn’t know we could do that here”.

So we thought we would put a list of things our post office offers. These include but are not limited to

• Banking Deposits & Withdrawals - you can deposit or withdrawal small or large some of cash from your account ( if you are after a large amount or a particular break down of money please get in contact with us 2 days prior so we can make sure we have this on hand for you) YES this includes businesses!
• Phone Recharge - we offer every type of phone recharge
• Mail/Parcel post & Collection
• Gift Card Purchases - we now have a handful of options for different types of gift cards for certain stores or reloadable visa use where ever you like cards
• Bill Payments - if your bill has a Aus post payment option you pay these via either cash or card at the post office.
• International Postage Visa travel cards We now stock postage bags and boxes of all sizes for your postage needs. we also now offer envelopes and stamps Early morning and late afternoon drop off box for letters needing to be dropped off for delivery
