Thankyou to volunteers new and old who tackled the weeds near Fourth Street with us last Sunday. Some native plants got to see the light after what has been a great season for weeds! One more official working bee to go in November. We would love to see you then!

That’s a wrap for our Nature Festival event. Seeds of Change in the Gums! The wind blew us and the critters around but there was still plenty to wonder at. Thank you those who joined us and the amazing Beth who Led us in our critter hunt! Did you see the Hover fly, the dragon fly, the leaf bug, the stone fly, various moths and looper caterpillars, flower spiders, orb spiders, long body orb spiders or perhaps the long jawed spider !

The final Art work is available for viewing over the next few weeks at Brookside Community Art Centre!

Another successful working bee today. Thank you to the volunteers who helped pull out a mountain of weeds giving our native plants an opportunity to see light! Have you noticed the 400 seedlings planted last week? We might need to mulch them soon too!
