Strzelecki Bushwalking Club Looking for some hiking inspiration or just some company on a walk.

Check out our activities program that includes hikes, overnight hikes, kayaking trips, cycling and social activities. The club runs an extensive range of outdoor activities including:
· Day, overnight and extended bushwalks
· Base camps and walks
· Cross country skiing, snow walks, and snow camping
· Cycling, both road and off road e.g. rail trails
· Occasio

nal canoeing and kayaking
Club activities are graded and range from “family” through to those suitable for “experienced” people only. Most activities are conducted within easy reach of the Club’s membership area, but trips also go to other Victorian Regions, interstate, and occasionally overseas.

Walk up Aberfeldy River to look at the tunnel. Steep decline to the river, walk in the River, hot day so some swam in the river, steep incline back to the cars. Was a really great walk. GPS a bit wonky so says we travelled further than we really did, 8km tracked by others.
