Duke of Edinburgh is now available at 15/130ACU for just $55 for all three awards. Price may soon increase so register while its only $55.
While Duke of Ed can be completed outside of Army Cadets this opportunity for an internationally recognised award gives opportunities to build ones confidence, commitment, resilience, respect and responsiblity.
How can this be completed through cadets?
It is any easy registration process!
When you sign up ensure that you use your cadet email address so that the fee is only $55 for all three. Once you have completed your registration and it has been approved you will be asked to join an online information session then you will be able to begin writing your goals and start logging your hours for each section.
What the difference between completing this award through cadets? By completed these awards through AAC your goals must be cadet related meaning that you will be required to use AAC camps as your adventurous journey's and our regular home trainings to reach your goals such as improving you knowledge on drill, navigation, first aid. For the voluntary section of this award can be done by volunteering within the Q Store, Setting up activities ect.
This is an amazing opportunity for cadets to participate in during their time at cadets.
For any assistance with this process whether you are after more information or needing help with registration or goals please do not hesitate to either come and see me at Home Training where I have information sheets that I can give you or send me an email on [email protected]
