15/130ACU Townsville held their LCPL Course over the 16th-17th of May. Over the weekend, the Cadets sat through various of lessons, from types of leaderships to history of the Australian Army Cadets (AAC).
Over the two days, the cadets did a fantastic job. They put in 100% of their effort and went headfirst into their tasks with resilience. The senior AI`s were amazed at how the cadets performed over the weekend and are ready to help them improve as leaders. By the end of the weekend, Cadets were beaming with nerves and pride as they sat through two assessments. Verbal orders in SMEAC form and a booklet to test the knowledge they gained over the weekend. On behalf of all staff and cadets, we are incredibly proud of the work they put in and are keen to see how they grow into 15/130s new Lance Corporals.
