Once again the Townsville Men’s Shed is excited to be hosting a Garage Sale 31Aug25 at 1 Charters Towers Road! 🎉

Come on down and browse through a treasure trove of bargains, hidden gems, and unique finds — you never know what you might discover! From handy tools to household items and maybe even a surprise or two, there’s something for everyone.

Not only will you have the chance to pick up some great deals, but you’ll also be supporting a wonderful community space where mateship, skills, and laughter are shared every day. 💙

We took a call from Bunnings North Shaw wanting to know if we could take on the sausage sizzle on Saturday and all supplies would be given to us.
We jumped on this opportunity and as a result we raised $2100.00 for our shed and an additional $200.00 of unsold soft drinks.
Thank you to the members who jumped in to help out. 😊

Another great information session this morning with Clarke and Andrew from the Townsville Prostate Support Group.

We had some great and some interesting questions, some well received personal stories and even a rubber glove (thanks Darren for the demo LOL)
