14,703km of pure determination!

RHINO- Rural Health in the Northern Outback, a student-led group, took on the Marathon in May challenge.

Their goal was 10,000km, and they absolutely smashed it, achieving an incredible 14,703km.

An amazing effort that has raised $2,940 in support of the Cowboys Community Foundation! These funds have been directed to the Townsville Hike and Explore 100km Fundraiser, helping to further support our programs and the wider North Queensland community.

We’re incredibly grateful for this outstanding initiative- a true example of leadership, commitment, and collaboration.

Thank you to RHINO, for going the extra kilometre (and then some!)

Standing Together in the Fight Against MND 💙

Our thoughts are with Jai Arrow as he takes on his fight against Motor Neurone Disease. Today, Cowboys player Coen Hess has shared a special message of support- because in rugby league, we stand together when it matters most.

For this Sunday’s game against the Rabbitohs only, we’re proud to play our part, with 50% of proceeds from our 50-50 Charity Raffle going towards the fight against MND by being donated to Souths Cares, and the other 50% awarded to one lucky winner.

Every ticket purchased helps make a difference, supporting vital research and care for those impacted.

“While the Foundation remains focused on delivering long-term programs across North Queensland, occasions like this allow us to respond compassionately when extraordinary circumstances affect the wider rugby league community.” said Cowboys Community Foundation CEO Fiona Pelling.

Watch Coen’s message and join us in backing Jai and everyone affected by MND.
