Proudly supported by ongoing sponsor Garry Thyerβs Betta Townsville, with all funds raised going towards breast cancer research, awareness, and support. About Three Pink Ladies π
Three Pink Ladies, proudly led by Anna, Danielle, and Kylie, is a Townsville-based non-profit fundraising organisation dedicated to raising funds and awareness for breast cancer support, research, and advocacy. Three Pin
k Ladies is proudly supported by ongoing sponsor Garry Thyerβs Betta β Townsville. Founded in 2022, the Three Pink Ladies host their annual Pink Ribbon High Tea each October in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This heartfelt event honours those affected by breast cancer, remembers those who have gained their angel wings, and reminds those currently fighting that they are never alone. Every dollar raised supports the Foundationβs mission of achieving zero deaths from breast cancer. What began as a dream has grown into a powerful community event. In 2024, the event welcomed 300 guests and raised over $28,000. In 2025, another sold out event saw 300 guests come together to raise an incredible $38,000, a true testament to the generosity of the community and the passion behind Three Pink Ladies. In 2025, the Three Pink Ladies launched their local initiative, Three Pink Ladies ICON-ic. This program provides care and wellness totes to local breast cancer patients receiving treatment through ICON Cancer Centre Townsville. Each tote bag includes vouchers for everyday essentials such as cleaning, lawn care, groceries, coffee, and fuel, small but meaningful gestures to help ease the burden during treatment and recovery. The inspiration behind Three Pink Ladies comes from deep personal loss. Anna lost her mother, aunt, and best friend to breast cancer. In their honour, Three Pink Ladies have turned grief into purpose, and purpose into impact. Whether itβs someone's mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, aunt, cousin, friend, neighbour or colleague, most of us know someone who has been affected. The statistics are confronting:
β’ 56 Australians are diagnosed with breast cancer every day
β’ 1 in 7 women and around 1 in 600 men will be diagnosed in their lifetime
β’ Over 3,300 Australians lose their lives to breast cancer each year
β’ Since 1994, the National Breast Cancer Foundation has helped reduce breast cancer deaths in Australia by over 40%, largely through advances in prevention, early detection, and improved treatments. Research is critical. While results arenβt immediate, todayβs advancements come from studies conducted 10, 15, 20 years ago, giving hope to future generations. If Three Pink Ladies can help raise awareness for early detection and save even one life, then every moment, every effort, and every contribution is worth it. Three Pink Ladies
